New budget PC build - N00b Help Tags: Build Systems Last response: February 17, 2011 6:10 PM in Systems Share psychoaktive February 17, 2011 4:51:07 PM Hey everyone, firstly I just want to say thanks for taking the time to help me out and read this! Anyway, it's that time when I need to upgrade to a new PC. My old PC is well...just that, old. The main reason I want a new pc is for gaming. I would also really love to be able to play ffxiv smoothly. ( I know, I know, I heard bad things too but I just want to try it) I'm a broke student, so my budget is between 500-600 USD. (After rebates) I have speakers, keyboard, mouse, monitor, so hopefully that helps keeping the budget low. I really don't know much about PCs at all, so any help would be appreciated!
