My computer displays ddr dim speed :400

hi...i have problem to my computer...when i turn on my computer its display "DDR DIM SPEED:400" ,,cant you help me out to this problem....

What is the frequency of your memory and what is the numbers of the memory sticks ?
If you have 2 or 4 memory sticks your memory work in dual channel mode. I think your memory is 800Mhz and you use lets say 2 memory sticks then 400 X 2 = 800Mhz because is working in dual channel. Its the same thing if you use 4 memory sticks.
