OMG........Hd 3870 Not Working

I just installed back the hd 3870 into my pc's Pci Express slot,
and it is not giving display,however it gave me display last time i started and then after i installed driver,and restarted system and then it again didnt gave display,what to do now?i do reset the bios and then tried to see if it will start but its still not working. ?please help

It's an old card, it's probably dead. If I were you, I'd try the baking technique:
