P8Z68-V GEN3 USB 3.0 Header 19 Pin Connector

Hi,

I purchased an ASUS P8Z68-V GEN3 Motherboard and I am shopping for a case. I see the Rosewill Future case has 2 front panel USB 3.0 ports. The internal cable has a 20-pin cable. From the images, it appears that this cable will connect to the motherboard USB3.0 header, but the header only has 19 pins (just a pin missing in one of the positions). Is it safe to assume that these two will work together?
