Save money from the motherboard and buy a better graphics card. AMD 6950 would be a better choice.

is asrock quality good?? will i be able to crossfire in the future with no problem with a phenom ii x4?? i want my computer to last for at least some years haha

thx man, ill get that cpu cooler too, do think the pehnom ii x4 overclocked will be enough to last me for some years??

4 or 5 years probably even without overclocking.
A graphics card update in 18-24months is probably all you need to stay current in gaming for the next four years.

From the technical point of view yes.
From the personal satisfaction point of view? That's more subjective.
How long will you be happy with that system's performance? If you're more of a casual gamer you'll be OK for 4 or 5 years.
If you're more of a competitive gamer you might start getting that upgrade itch sooner.

Four years ago you might have been taking a new C2Q Q6600. And with a 'standard' OC of about ~3.8Ghz you're not far off the performance of a AMD Phenom II X4 955.
