From the technical point of view yes.
From the personal satisfaction point of view? That's more subjective.
How long will you be happy with that system's performance? If you're more of a casual gamer you'll be OK for 4 or 5 years.
If you're more of a competitive gamer you might start getting that upgrade itch sooner.

is asrock quality good?? will i be able to crossfire in the future with no problem with a phenom ii x4?? i want my computer to last for at least some years haha
 
870 EXTREME3 has 2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots. With one video card it does x16 or with dual cards it works in x8/x8 CrossfireX mode.
Nearly 200 customer reviews @ NewEgg give it 86% 4&5 'Egg' rating which is very good for a motherboard. A good board and a real value.

thx man, ill get that cpu cooler too, do think the pehnom ii x4 overclocked will be enough to last me for some years??

im not trying to be competitive with the most fastest computers, i just want to always have playable framerates
