Monitor Not Displaying; Flickers on Dark Screen

I have been having monitor display issues of late. Initially, would flicker faintly, but was not displaying anything. When I would bot up, it would take 20-30 minutes without any display except the faint flickering. After 20-30 minutes, the display would appear. 2 days ago, it failed to display anything except the faint flickering. I checked the power cord and the display and they appear fine. Of course I am a high end novice (some knowledge of computers, but limited. Have learned most of my knowledge through forums like this). I'm trying to troubleshoot and determine what the problem is, my monitor, my graphics card.....or whatever else it could be.

Below is information on the system I'm having issues with:

There could be the display's backlight that's failing (or has already failed). To test if it is your monitor's fault or your PC's fault, try the monitor on a different PC and then the PC with a different monitor.
