My computer restarts when I turn it on?

I don't know why but when I press the power button on my computer it loads for like 5 seconds and then restarts then boots up fine.

i7 2600k
ASUS P8P67 Pro
8GB G.Skill Ripjaw x RAM
1TB Seagate HDD
Corsair 650tx PSU
460 GTX 2GB

I recently used the OC tuner in the bios to overclock automatically for me and it oc'd to 4.4. I don't know much about comps but I'm thinking is it because it does stress tests or is checking something when it does that? I have the latest bios too.

This is what most boards do when the overclock fails; the automatically reboot to default values. My boards typically have a message on the screen during the second bootup that the overclock or previous boot failed due to imcompatible settings.
