My machine , P3 933, 256 M RAM , 20 G HD, AOPEN 1232PRO CDRW, 32 M onboard video and onboard sound using a DSL internet connection from time to time freezes. If I am copying a CD to the Hard drive to burn it hang during Copy!!. I have problems installing anything as it hangs also . Scandisk runs very regulary .
Plus when my daughter browses sites like disney.com and uses their children learning tools , the machine hangs.

Lastly I was trying to install Windows XP and the machine freezes while the compatibility tools is running.

At this rate I will be able to install anything as it crashes during copy or pre-installation activities.

HELP , the machine is only 2 months old. The dealer thinks it a software problem.
