I'm trying to find a reliable PSU for a budget system with an Athlon II X4 455, ASRock M3A770DE Motherboard and Radeon HD 5770 card. I intend to overclock and possibly unlock. I'd like to spend under $75 for the power supply.

Something around 500W or greater should suffice. Are you ready to buy it today? Here is a OCZ StealthXstream II OCZ500SXS2 500W for $35 after rebate and promo code, including shipping. The promo code expires today.

Another choice is this SILVERSTONE ST50F-ES 500W for $59 after rebate including shipping.

If you want a liitle more power, here is a CORSAIR Builder Series CMPSU-600CX 600W for $59 AR&PC, with shipping. There are some other OCZ models in this price range around 600W.

Hope that does it for you!

I can't say I would ever get something from the Corsair CX range (aside from the 400W which is EOL unfortunately).

Here are some other options:
Antec Neo Eco 520C 80Plus $60 ($4 shipping)

Doesn't come with a power cord, so you will either need to have one already or get one from somewhere else.

Antec Truepower New TPN-550 80Plus Bronze $70

Xigmatek NRP-PC702 700W 80Plus Bronze $75 ($20 rebate, $2 shipping)

Has had positive reviews at hardwareheavan and kitguru. The modular version was tested at jonnyguru, reasonably recently, and did really well. They have the same Ecos ID number on their 80Plus reports, which leads me to believe that they are very similar internally.
