Hello, I've fixed the bios so that the monitor turns on with the new card, however XP starts to show the bars going across then freezes... should I delete the onboard video drivers?? or should I make sure I have the right drivers for the new card already installed??

If you can yes i would remove the old drivers form your integrated card but you might be able to boot with your new card if you keep pressing F8 just after you see your bios boot and you should get a screen with diff choices on it select the choice ''Safe mode with networking/network support'' that way only the main drivers need to boot the system will load and you should have no problem getting to your desktop.

Let me know what happens....
