Processor heating too much

i have SR5510F after installing ati redeon 5670 my procexoor is getiing too much heat where is the problem what should i do

You'll need to give more information. What case, what ambient temperatures, what temperatures at idle and under load?

You need better case cooling. Exhaust fans or intake fans.

i have a stock case which comes from HP a rocketfish supply 700 w which i have changed to cooler master 550 gx at idel its 40+ and at full load its gain upto 128c
