Is there a way to have 1280x1024@75hz with gpu scaling on i really don't like seeing black bars. 60hz is just to choppy when playing cod4 i had it setup before but then i updated my drivers and now cod4 is locked at 60hz again.

Well it supports 75hz at a lower res 1280x1024 but with gpu scaling it locks my refresh rate at 60hz.
I would like no black bars and 75hz refresh rate, the monitor is a acer g215h

Maximum Refresh rate at 1920x1080 is 60hz you have to lower the resolution to achieve higher refresh rates.

That's why is your screen deformed, select to hide the modes that are not compatible and it will not show u that option again.

Every monitor will go beyond manufacture spec's, but that is what u get -- deformation : )

You will need to use a lower resolution. Max is 60hz at 1920 X 1080.

You just open up the menu for your monitor and go to configure then wide mode change it to full.
