System bottleneck?

Hi,
I am thinking of buying a new gtx 560 Ti for my build.
right now it consists of:
A server motherboard
2 3ghz Intel Xeon Netburst Noconas (each single core HT to 2 cores each, 4 3ghz cores total. each had 1mb cache)
4gb 400mhz ddr2
plenty of power
2 SATAs
NVidia 8800gt

if I put the 560 Ti in this system will the old CPUs be a bottleneck?
i know the RAM is slow but that's a server for ya , doesnt affect gaming horsepower that I can see (BFBC2 good frames with 1680x1050 all settings high, 2xMSAA 4xAF, vsync)

Probably going to be those 2004 Xeon CPUs. Even with 2 of them.

Likely to be equivalent to a Athlon 64 X2 4400+ or Core2 Duo E4500 @ 2.20GHz
