Mini-ITX

I'm interested in moving my components from my mid tower to a Mini-itx case. Currently I have 1055t, an ASUS M4A89GTD, an EVGA GTX465, an ocz 700w psu, 4 gigs of ocz ddr3, a terabyte barracuda drive and a 64 gig microcenter solid state. I was looking at the sg05 or the Lian li Q08B but I'm not sure on the mobo, any suggestions?
Also does anyone know of any good 22" monitor cases?

That video card and the rest produce quite some heat, maybe go mATX with a Silverstone Grandia GD05B

Well I was planning on bringing it to my friends place every once in a while so the Mini-ITX form factor is pretty important. I would be willing to get a new video card and an H50 for my cpu.

I've heard Zotac's ITX motherboards are pretty good; I'd give them a look-see.
