Where are you buying this from, can you show a link please?
-----

Corsair TX650 - great PSU
Dark Knight - you could probably pick up a Corsair A70 for that price
Seagate Barracuda - No, get a Samsung F3 or WD Black instead. Seagate have a bad reputation
Processor - Go for the i5-2500K, it's the best quad on the market for the price. Smooth overclocker too
RAM - Get some good DDR3-1600MHz or higher - lower latency the better for overclocking too
Graphics - If you're into overclocking etc. then select the HD6950. It has 2GB vRAM and can be BIOS-flashed into an HD6970 for $90 less!

Hello rooney10;

There are no i5 2400k or i5 2300k CPU models. Only available K models: i7-2600K or i5-2500K.
Sandy Bridge Core i3/i5/i7 2xxx-series CPUs

i5-2500K is probably the one you want. Can you list the P67/H67 socket 1155 motherboards you have available there?
It does you no good for us to suggest something you can't get there.

GTX 560 Ti or HD 6950 2GB are a good match for 1920x1080 & Crysis 2/Crysis:Warhead.

RAM: Not DDR2 - you want DDR3 for the P67/H67 motherboard. DDR3 1333 or DDR3 1600 4GB (2GBx2) or 8GB (4GBx2).
Tell us what is available there and we can help you pick a good set.

Thats a triple channel kit (4GBx3) not the dual channel kit you want.

Since I know you're TigerDirect I'll find some stuff for you... except for the motherboard. Not yet available.
