I am wondering what to upgrade next. I play World of Warcraft, watch movies, browse the internet, and other games on occasion. Below are the specs of my computer

Athlon 64 X2 4000+ 2.2ghz
Asus M2N-MX SE mobo
4gb Ram (win7 says only 3gb usable)
Windows 7 32bit
Geforce 9500gt
1tb Sata Hard Drive (believe its a seagate)

Right now I usually play games on 1280x1024 for resolution. In high populated areas it slows down to around 10fps, otherwise I am at a steady 40-50 on high settings (with shadows on low).

I am bouncing between a new CPU or video card, I am just not sure which I would benefit more from. Any suggestions ? I have approx. $100 to spend, but would rather spend around $80.

yes I do, I just have to backup some files, and time to back up about 600gb of files.

I have also been looking at a A64 X2 6000+ 3ghz cpu, or a geforce gt240 video card, those seem to be within my price range - but not sure which would benefit more from.

You'll have to do your own research, but, with a BIOS update, you could possibly throw this in to that AM2+ board. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103846

But! Like I said do your own research, I'm not guaranteeing anything. I don't want to mislead you and then you would purchase a CPU that won't work. So consult other sources to verify it would work, like maybe ASUS support or something. As for which one would make a bigger difference, gfx card or CPU, I'm not sure, I just threw that idea out there.
