New Build! Are these parts COMPATIBLE/GOOD!!!

Hi I recently decided to build my own computer. This is my first build ever and am, in general, kind of a noob when it comes to these things. So I am wondering if all of these parts are most importantly 1.) Compatible, and 2.) Good quality.

These are my parts:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE
