FS/FT: laptop SOLD!!!

I have a nice Compaq Armada M700 laptop. It is in great condition.
PIII 850Mhz
20Gb Hard Drive
14.1" TFT XGA Display
64mb pc100 ram. (can take up to 2 more 256mb, there are 2 open slots) (memory is pretty cheap for this laptop, I saw about $30 for 128mb)
Built in 56k modem and 10/100 nic
CD/DVD ROM drive
pointing stick mouse
1 - usb port
It has Win98 on it now, but it has a Win 2000 license on the bottom of the laptop. I just can't find the restore cd that it came with. I may be able to find it somewhere. Also has an AC Adapter and an extra battery or 2.
Looking to get $500 for it but am willing to deal.

For trade, I'd be looking for an Athlon 64 cpu and mobo. Also a nice case like a Lian-Li, Kingwin, or something like that.
