Hello,
why is that i always need to restart my router when my internet connection not works properly, is there something wrong with my router?

There very well might be something wrong with your router.
Reboot both your modem and your router, and see if that does anything.
How many computers do you have connected (wireless or wired) to it? One of your connected machines may be causing the hold up.
Is the router near anything that would give off electrical interference (i.e. microwave, cordless phone)?
