I don't know what graphics card you are planning on getting, but I would assume that any of these would be good enough for it:
Antec Earthwatts Green EA-650 80Plus Bronze $65

Doesn't come with a power cord. So far untested as well, but I'm faithful it will be shown to be a good unit at some point.

Seasonic S12II 520 Bronze $70 ($6 shipping)

Xigmatek NRP-PC702 700W 80Plus Bronze $75 ($20 rebate, $2 shipping)

Has received positive reviews from hardwareheaven and kitguru.

You should be able to handle any *single* GPU with the EA650 that Silvune suggested. I'm powering my computer with the a 2 year old model (technically previous generation). I'm glad the new ones are now Bronze certified and not just 80+.

GTX 560 Ti PSU Requirement: Minimum of a 500 power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 30 Amps.)
Two available 6-pin PCI-E power dongles.

HD 6950 Requirement: Minimum of a 500 power supply.
(+12 Volt current rating not specificed)
Two available 6-pin PCI-E power connectors.

Silvune suggestion's are good ones.
Both the EA 650W and Xigmatek 700W are rated at up to 54 Amps +12v.
