HTPC build, please rate..

Looking for a 'in-between' system for multi-media and and well rounded computing, all aspects.
A forum member pieced this together for me, what do you think.
I already have an i7-980x unit and a Toshiba nVidia laptop for mobile fun, kids not allowed on either...
This one will double as the mrs unit.

a question: Why are you getting the Seagate 250 GB when the EXACT SAME PRICE gives you a 500 GB?
