Computer not turning on after dust clean up

Hello,
I have a dell optiplex, recently we had power failure and the power supply blew up, i replaced the power supply and the pc was coming just fine. Later that evening my brother decides to clean up some dust, he used a compressor now the machine wont power up. The light on the motherboard is coming on but the PC wont power up.

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting pretty much everything apart the fans n heatsink but still nothing, what could be the problem

compressor could cause static,also check if no cable are been disconnect from the board and components
