What is the best Gpu I could buy using a CORSAIR CX400 PSU and an intel quad q6600, OC to 2.8ghz ?

An overclocked quad core with a 400watt PSU? The answer is probably not much of a GPU at all. You should look in to upgrading your PSU b4 GPU.

You can get a HD 5770 or a HD 6770.

You could run a 6850 off that no problem, even with the cpu overclock.

HD 5770 seems a good choice, good power consumption , performance and value it seems ?

It's a very good card, for some more demanding games you will have to use a lower resolution like 1680x1050 if you have a full HD monitor.
