Nvidia price drop!?

Hey guys! Do you think Nvidia is gonna drop the price by january-february! I'm considering buying a gtx460

I doubt it. There are rumors flying around that AMD will be increasing their prices by ~$20. Which means that the 570 is going to be $40 cheaper than the 6970. What incentive is their for Nvidia to drop prices then? Of course the rumors could be false. Now looking at 4 series cards from Nvidia they already have implemented price drops.

It's a good bet they will decrease the prices on the GTX 460 when the GTX 560 is released, maybe some time in January.
