Regarding Blogger ...

I am trying to set me up a blog. I have a real simple question for whoever can answer this. This is no brainer ! Ha.
I found a template to download. When I download it, am I suppose to click on OPEN or SAVE first ? Then what should I do ?

P.S ... I wasnt sure which thread to post this question in.

As with all download, Save is better. Clicking on Run or Open usually involves the creation of temporary files which are harder to track down and delete. Click Save and pop it on the Desktop then when you've finished with it, bin it - exe files on the Desktop can eat into memory as soon as you start up.
