BG2 Asylum - How do I get out?

I have killed all of the baddies. I have recovered a piece of the "Kobold"
crystal. I have killed the Vampires ghost (Dace?) But. I cannot kill him
with a stake, because I do not have one.

One of the kobolds has one. Go back to where they were and search all
their bodies.
