So I plan on buying a gtx 460 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Mobo: XFX 680i LT
CPU: Q6600 @ 3.0ghz
RAM: 4gb 800ghz

And i'm upgrading from a 9800gt. What kind of frame rate increase can I expect? Also should I use my GT as a physx card?

Hi.
You will be fine with that CPU
I would expect an increase of a good 30-40% depending on which 460 you are getting and your monitor size it could b eas much as 50%
Check this review on the performance summary part of it, there is a drop down at the bottom of the page its open on.
