Hello all,

After "lurking" here for a while, I decided it was time to post this thread.

I am going to build a new system for myself,
and I want to be able to play virtually any game at max settings with it,
while still having ~60fps (preferably more) when recording (with FRAPS).
Since I also do some 3D modeling in Autodesk's 3ds max,
I think it would be a good thing to have a fair amount of RAM available.

At the moment, these are the components I have selected:

2x Seagate Constellation ST9500530NS, 500GB SATA-300, 32MB, 7200rpm
2x Scythe Quiet Drive 2.5 inch - Internal HDD Silencer
(I am putting the seagate 2,5" drives in the HDD silencer (2,5" => 3,5") and I am putting them in raid0.)

Antec Performance One P193
Noctua NH-D14
Intel Core i7 2600K (overclocking to 4,4Ghz? 4,5GHz?)
Intel X25-M SSDSA2MH120G2K5 120GB
2x GeIL Black Dragon GB38GB1600C9DC (16gb RAM total, 4x 4gb)
2x EVGA GeForce GTX 580
Intel Desktop Board DP67BG

Now, I still need a power supply (unless I can use my current Corsair TX850W),
and I am not sure if I can fit it all together in the case and on the motherboard.

I would really appreciate any help I can get here.

Edit;
Oh, and my budget is around €2.500,--

In terms of fit, the P193 should be sufficient. The Performance One series doesn't skimp on interior space and other amenities.

I would opt for an ASUS motherboard.

Do you intend to wait for the Sandy Bridge issue to be ironed out?

Hello exr09, thanks for replying. :)

I've heard that the P193 is a very good case,
so that's why I've chosen it. :)

I do intend for the Sandy Bridge issues to be ironed out, yes.
I am thinking about buying all the parts for the system in ~3 or 4 months.
