Hello I have purchased a computer and I asked for a specific card to be installed in it, the NVIDA Geforce gtx 260 and My computer is recognizing it as a NVIDA Geforce 7025. I opened the computer up and inspected the card myself and it is a gtx 260. I have installed the drivers from the NVIDA website for the gtx 260 with no problems and installed with the disc that came with my system. Can someone please explain to me what is going on?

Solution
the first image link there, where it says Primary Graphics Adaptor, it is set to PCI Express, which is correct. The next step is, Have you plugged in the extra power connectors the gtx260 requires? Is your power supply good enough to supply the required amount of power to the gtx260? what brand/model of psu do you have?
