The best (in price n performance) laptop graphics card for my system

I'm new to gaming and am using a dell 1420 inspiron laptop..with 2.16Ghz Duo..intel 965 chipset (internal graphics)..2Gb RAM.

I'm planning to play games like pes 11...so, hope to receive some solid and sound suggestions frm all Tom's users, esp. gamers.

Another thing is, which gamepad is best recommended for pc?
