When trying to add optional windows component, get failure message:
"Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll.insert Windows XP Professional
Service Pack 2 CD".

although your file name may be different i think the fix is the same:
1. Click on the Windows Start Menu.

2. Click Run.

3. Type esentutl /p %windir%\security\database\secedit.sdb in the Open
box, and click OK.

4. Install optional components through the Control Panel Add/Remove
Windows Components applet.
