Hello,
I am interested in buying the Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 motherboard (with a 965 CPU) and I couldn't find a clear answer to the following: is it compatible with the G.Skill Sniper F3-10666CL9D-8GBSR memory‎ (8 GB total, two modules of 4 GB 1333 DDR3 each)?

This specific memory is not listed on the motherboard's memory support list ( http://download.gigabyte.asia/FileList/Memory/memory_ga-990xa-ud3.pdf ). Nor is the motherboard listed on the memory's qualified motherboards list ( http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=337 ).
However, usually components might match each other even when they don't appear on such lists. So, are these two specific products compatible, i.e. will work without any problem whatsoever?

Thanks in advance.

From Gigabyte's website:
1.4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory (Note 1)
2.Dual channel memory architecture
3.Support for DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules (Note 2)
(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)

It can take 4x8GB modules DDR3, so what you have listed there will work fine.
