Boot outside asrock 970 extreme3

I have an asrock 970 extreme3 mobo and currently I have it built enough outside the case to be turned on. I watched new eggs video and he said to short 2 prongs labeled power to turn it on. Can someone please tell me where these 2 prongs are? It would be greatly appreciated.

Help anyone? I found a pwrbtn and a ground so I tried those 2 but it didn't work. Please help.
