Graphics card help

My mom bought me an acer ax3810 slim-line computer for christmas and gave it to me early.. i understand the limitations on this machine and that it only has 220watt psu..I also read on this site that the only card i can safely use on this machine is a nvidia geforce 220GT low-profile.. how accurate is this information? this guy said it came from the manual for this model.. help is much appreciated.

5570 would be the best choice IMO
