Can the 5670 run on a 350w PSU?

My computer as of now runs the 4670, and i want to upgrade to the 5670. Whats the Wat consumption differences, will 350w be enough? I wont be overclocking and will be playing on a 1440x900 resolution.

it will be more than enough.If ur psu company is good it may handle even a 5770

350W is definitely enough; the HD46/56 series all run on very low power supplies and are great budget-gamer cards.
