EDIT: Dang I meant 460 768MB in title was too long of a day at work....(I swear I'm not retarded)
Have the following set up sitting here built:

CPU: Athlon II X3 435 2.9GHz (overclocked to 3.2GHz)
MOBO: ASRock 890GM PRO3 AM3 AMD 890GX
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
PSU: Antec EarthWatts EA-500D Green 500W
CASE: Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z Black SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Have a Dell s2009w 1600 x 900 monitor and looking at these three cards:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161338 5770 $100
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162058 460 768MB $115
http://cgi.ebay.com/HIS-H685F1GD-Radeon-HD-6850-1GB-256-bit-GDDR5_W0QQitemZ110650762351QQcategoryZ3762QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp4340.m263QQ_trkparmsZalgo%3DSIC%26its%3DI%252BC%26itu%3DUCI%252BIA%252BUA%252BFICS%252BUFI%26otn%3D10%26pmod%3D190495853944%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D7304506217298059870 6850 $140

What would be the best deal out of these three? Would the CPU bottleneck any of these three? Are one of the three better for 1600 x 900 res? Looking for the best bang for my buck for gaming.

^ Explained above the 6850.

5770 good for anything below 1680x1050. It's probably pretty decent at 1680x1050 depending on the game and settings. Good Crossfire performance, but not as good scaling as the new 68xx/69xx or the 460s.

460 768mb OK at 1920x1080, Good enough for 1680x1050 by margin. Depends on game though. It's better than the 5770, but also holds ground since you get Physx. Not a big deal breaker. But it's a plus. Great SLI performance for the buck.

6850 better than average at 1920x1080. It'll get you 30 frames at max settings with 4 AF I believe. Which is pretty solid. Since those games that it got minimum of 30 frames were high end games like Crysis and Metro. This'll give you the most upgradability with solid CF...

What is the most graphically demanding game you wish to play? If it is like Metro 2033 I'd recommend the 6850 but for pretty much everything else the gtx 460 768mb will do fine, of course you can overclock both cards to get better performance

SLI is no go on AMD unless Nvidia chipsets. Also 460 1GB SLI < 6850 1GB CF.
