Phenom II 970 Temps

Quick question about the PII 970 temps, I'm currently running a 3.8GHz overclock with a bump to x19 multiplier. However, with my Tuniq tower 120X my cpu idles at about 34c and runs at around 52-54c during load. How are these temps? On AMD's site max is listed as 62c, while others list it as 55-62c. Which should I go by?

AMD's 62 would be fairly OK. 55 wouldn't be a problem at all.
