I'm making my PC by components

Hello,
i need help with my computer configuration,rather i need a confirmation that all the components selected by me will work 100% with my system and i will meet no problems

for example i need to know if the power source is ok and can withstand my system
and if my RAM's are ok, or should i try to find 1333 ones, due to the fact that i heard that they wont be used at 1600 mhz

Now. i have a very low budget, ive set my mind on those, i dont want to play game at extreeme high quality, i play at medium the newest ones out there, ill use it for online play mostly
i'd like to mention that i use a CRT Philips Monitor 107E due to the fact that im very used to it, resoultion 1024x no more



i'd like to mention that i am going to install a DVDRW plextor and a CDRW sony and a HDD rack, which i will use ocasional IDE HDD,
and i will add a 120gb maxtor HDD SATA I to the system which i currently own.

so i need a diagnosis upon that system, if its workable, and more important if i wont have any electric problems with it

Whatever u do GT430 offers awful $$/frames so if i were u if there is a used hardware forums where u at i would rather hunt for a used 9600GT/HD 4670 or better on the cheap...if u can land a cheapo GTS 250/HD 4850 that would be gold!
