40 " LED LCD back to normal screen - Not Working

Ok I hooked up my computer to my 40 in lcd tv. Than after a while i decide to go back to my normal screen of 19 in. When I went to start the computer ever seem fine. I got pass the mother board load screen, than it got to vista load screen. But soon as it would normally go to the log on screen, the signal goes blank.

So I decided to go back to my big 40 in and turn down the resolution of the screen. But now the tv is not take the signal. (After the vista loading screen it goes blank.)

I also went into safe mode and turn down the resolution to 800 x 600. And restarted the computer, but still won't work.

Edit - I put this in ATI because the video card is a ATI card.

I suggest you should check the monitor cable connection, both ends, or the cable itself for looseness, pinching. Which port do you use to connect your PC to the monitor/TV ? HDMI port, DVI port, VGA port, etc. ?

It was DVI to HDMI but than I hooked it up by DVI - DVI. Once it didn't didn't work I went back to the the DVI - HDMI to get change it back. But now it doesn't work.
