Will this PSU power this MOBO?

I was in a rush when I placed my order, changed a few things around.

The order is placed, will receive everything tomorrow but just realized that this mobo requires an 8-pin CPU power connector.

My PSU says it has a "1 x 4+4-Pin ATX 12V" will this work? Not really sure what the 4+4 means.

Is it that it's a 4-pin, but can be used as an 8-pin with the extra four?
