Computer screen wont turn on

I Moved my computer, to do so i turned everthing off and unplugged everything, ive reconnected everything and turned it back on, i can hear it running but the screen wont turn on properly, when i turn the computer on some writing appears in white like it usually does then the screen goes navy blue and wont do anything else, everything is connected properly, help :s

Did you unplug everything inside the computer, or just the outer connections?
Sounds like this BIOS is working, but not the operating system. You may have damaged your hard drive. How was the computer moved? If it wasn't done incredibly gently (by hand, basically) then the HDD may have been jolted too much.
