Cheap gaming rig build

So right now I have a Dell XPS laptop which I really regret buying two years ago. I shouldve saved loads of money and just got a nice desktop. Anyway, I am selling that on eBay and they typically go for 600 or so. So banking on the fact that I get that, I really only want to spend 800 on a desktop at this point in time. I dont play the most intensive games like crysis and what not, but I do play a good amount of games.
