Psu work with 6970?

Will my psu work for a 6970? My psu has single 12v rail + 58 amp, problem is, it has 2, 6 pin connectors...no 8 pin available for the 6970. Was trying to see if there is an adapter or something I could do so i dont have to buy a new psu again. Any info appreciated, thanks.

(In your link to the PSU they state that you have 2 x 6+2 PCIe connectors)

Has 52a on the +12v, not 58

But the graphics card comes with a dual-molex-to-8pin adapter which should work fine. I personally don't like using molex to power my graphics cards, so I'd get something like this;

But ultimately yes you're extremely well-covered with your PSU, and you have some room left to Crossfire another one down the road.

Thanks for the fast replys, and will definetly pick up that adapter when i purchase the card. Very happy I dont have to change out the psu lol.
