I have a N5495 motherboard that I am using to replace broken one and my
question is:
The old mobo has a two LCD connectors, a 10 pin and a 20 pin, that is clear,
but the new mobo has a 30 pin connector only.
I know thta the new mobo is a SXGA board, but the servive manual states that
I can use a normal XGA display (which the old machine had), if I set the dip
switches correctly (this is also clear) but the new mobo has only 30 pin
connector and the cable coming from the 14" XGA has a 20 pin?
I realize that I probably need to get a new cable, but which? The service
manual does not specify the cable as a separate part.
Thanks,
Jan
