[Problem] MSI 870A won't Post. No video, No Bios, HELP

Hello.
Im building a computer for a friend and Ive done so many times, I have never ran across this before though.

The PC appears to boot fine, all lights are lite and all components humming silently

The monitor doesn't register the computer, the is no Input at all.
I cant bring up the BIOS menu, nor can I install any of the Drivers or CDs.

I tried to Clear the CMOS but to no avail.

Please help.

  1. Unplug and then re-plug in the 8-pins CPU power cable. Make sure you hear the latch engaging. Ditto for the 24-pins cable.
  2. Change the slot of the GPU, put it in the other one and try it out.
Also make sure that the monitor is connected to the D-Sub or DVI port of the GPU and not the HDMI.
  3. Check this to make sure you didn't overlook something simple:

Then work systematically through our standard checklist and troubleshooting thread:

I mean work through, not just read over it. We spent a lot of time on this. It should find most of the problems.
