I have the same problem that “CPU overheating error!” Recently I replace my old SMPS and got new one. But at the first time on connect it I have got that problem and it solved by BIOS reset. Now I getting this problem again and could not be solved by the previous methods. CPU fan is on good condition, but the CPU temperature is constant on 107º C. Please send me if you have any solution on subh.bhowmik@gmail.com.

Make sure your CPU's heatsink is fitted correctly with fresh thermal compound.

I hope you're not running the processor at that temperature...it'll damage it. You've not said if you've experienced any stability issues etc, but if the PC isn't shutting itself down you run the risk of frying it.

It would also be nice to know exactly what your system consists of.

Did you touch your cpu with greasy fingers? Is there hair, dust, or anything on your cpu? Also, is there a PLASTIC STICKER that you forgot to remove on your cpu cooler?

Please unmount your cooler and clean with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol, or thermal paste remover. Then apply new thermal paste.
