Hello Tom's friends.

I have a logitech EX110 wireless keyboard that suddenly stopped working. I replaced the batteries, but still no joy.
I did a few system restores in case of virus, but no luck.
The thing is the receiver does actually recognise it when I press the connect button on both, but nothing types.

Then I remembered I had a brand new one that I had planned on using on my PC, so I set that up. For a couple of minutes it worked so I figured the original must have been broken. But alas this also stopped working although the connect once again shows a response.

I have now gone to the drastic measure of restoring my laptop to its original state, thinking I had corrupted it somewhere along the lines. But the keyboard still does not work.

Can anyone think what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance.

Wow doing a restore was so over the top!

Put the receiver and keyboard really close together and see if you get the same results.

You might have another device nearby operating on a similar frequency and it's causing interference.

Have you updated the drivers via logitech's website?
