Cooler problem ?

Hi guys, my first post so please be patient,
I am having trouble sourcing a good but quiet cpu low profile cooler for an antec fusion remote htpc i am building, so far i have used parts from an older pc i had, the cpu is a phenom II x4 965 BE, the board is a MSI 890GXM-G65, and i have 4 gigs of ddr3 ram, dvd drive and other essentials,
BUT the one thing i am having real trouble with is getting a cooler for the cpu as if i am right with measurements i have a clearance to the lid of 115mm.
any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Davcon, many thanks for the reply, i had looked at that cooler but thought with its height and 1mm of clearance it might not function properly, what do you think.

Hi again Davcon, i appreciate your second suggestion, however after looking in detail at the Noctua NH-C12P SE14, while not cheap it gets great reviews, i was thinking of going for it, all be it a tight fit i could drill out a few holes over the area where the fan sits to allow access to incoming cool air, and cover the area with a dust filter.
