Which of these cards, 512mb, (please tell me if all),can play each game at high(utmost high textures)(except out of the blue games like crysis) in 1024x768 (Anti Analising,basically everything)

also will it support my system?
450W PSU
2.8ghz e7400
4gb ddr2 800mhz ram
pci-e x16 slot (currently occupied by a 9400gt)
g31-s2l gigabyte motherboard

HD 5670 can handle all games fine on 1024x768,no need to get anything faster.

A 5550 is more than enough
