Ati HDMI sound with MB sound

Hi, I have an ATI 6870 with HDMI 1.4a and connected it to my LCD Flatpanel LG 6000.

Is there a way to get sound to the tv and the speakers at the same time, but the TV trough the HDMI and speakers trough MB? Because Win7 only lets me select 1 default sound device: Ati hdmi or MB(GA-890GPA-UD3H) sound, but when I test the non default device i get sound on it too.

Not as far as I know, whenever you connect any sound device be it HDMI, usb or whatever the primary device gets disabled, otherwise it would cause problems
